The conceptual reasoning for the composition was formed by the “urban neighbourhood” configuration, in which houses and apartments that "converse" coexist, encouraging a sense of "belonging".
The form comprises prisms and sloping ceilings providing a clean structure, organizing a theatrical role between the buildings and the inhabitants. Τhe buildings are adapted to the local topography, by managing the scale and by the use of local materials. Βy considering the viewpoints and orientation, the terraces were placed to the south with views towards the sea.
The management of free spaces, the path, the terraces and the playground, create interesting passages, rest and socializing spaces. Τhe integration of the cypriot flora improves the microclimate of the region and promotes the biodiversity of the island.
